Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our referral program.

  • Participation is open to individuals who complete the Referral Program Application Form and are confirmed as Referral Partners by The Level Up team.

  • By participating, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and our agency.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must be a resident of the country where our services are offered.

  • Employees of the agency are not eligible.

3. How to Participate

  • Participants must apply through the official Referral Program Application Form and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Rewards are payable as a percentage of the fee collected from the referred client's first transaction, as detailed in the reward tier structure on our program webpage.

  • Rewards are subject to a cap as specified in the reward tiers.

5. Payment of Rewards

  • Rewards will be paid out only after the referred client has paid their invoice in full.

  • Participants must provide valid payment details and will select their preferred payment method as part of the application process.

  • Payments will be made within 45 days of receipt of the payment from the referred client.

6. Obligations of the Referral Partner

  • Referral Partners agree not to use spam or send unsolicited emails to solicit referrals.

  • Referral Partners may use only promotional materials approved by our agency for advertising purposes.

7. Termination and Changes

  • The agency reserves the right to terminate the referral program or a participant’s involvement at any time without liability.

  • Terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Notice of amendments will be published on the program webpage.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The agency is not responsible for incorrect information supplied by the referrer or referred clients.

  • The agency will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the referral program.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All promotional materials provided by the agency remain the intellectual property of the agency and are provided on a loan basis for the purpose of promoting our services within the scope of this program.

10. Confidentiality

  • Participants agree not to disclose any confidential information regarding the terms and operations of the referral program without the prior written consent of the agency.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
